Description
Like It’s A Wonderful Life, an Angel is sent to Earth to do good, only this one is angelically played by the beautiful Diane Cilento. She lands in the pawnshop of Joshua Webman, who’s real love is music. Needing cash to do her work, the Angel must pawn her harp to Joshua, which sets off a series of events which tests her metal. Including reconciling Len Burrows, who works for Joshua, and Jenny Lane. The Angel inadvertently causes a rift between them when she goes to a dance as Len’s partner causing a lot of ogling, making Jenny jealous. She helps Joshua and Len to take charge of their life – Len learns how to extricate the awful Mrs. Trapp, a meddling undertaker, “The lady is a vampire, when not knocking about the dead, she torments the living.” Then helps Joshua win over the younger generation to love music by having him to speak from the heart to give a moving lecture on how his historic music boxes helped entertain people throughout the ages.
